DOMINICAN BACHATA

Steven Chanpong is originally from Mauritius and has been dancing Bachata for many years, specializing in Dominican Bachata. He has attended international festivals worldwide, including the very first Dominican Bachata Festival in the Dominican Republic in 2011, and has traveled back 7 times to train with top instructors. Teaching since 2012, Steven brings his passion and playful techniques to Vancouver, helping dancers connect with the authentic roots and musicality of Dominican Bachata.
