Service Description
This comprehensive 1.5 hour workshop will address fitness and athletic training for dancers tailored to meet the unique demands of Latin rhythms, though the concepts are applicable across styles. With a holistic perspective, the workshop will include aspects of mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance among others. Suitable for all levels of dancers, and all fitness levels, you will come away with a deeper understanding of how to prevent injury, improve your technique and performance, and keep enjoying dance in a sustainable way.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled bootcamp please contact us at least 24 hours before the event is set to begin, and the credit can be applied to future Bootcamps or other DVS classes. Credit expires 6 months after issuing, non-transferable.
