24 hour notice for all cancellations
- Program: 12-week session (1 class/week). Late registration allowed up to 4 weeks. - Attendance: Arrive early, check in at front desk, and enter class respectfully. - Fees: One-time payment (non-refundable). Registration fee may apply. Discounts available in person only. - Credits/Refunds: Only for medical reasons with proof. Credits expire in 6 months. - Supervision: Parent/guardian must stay on-site for children under 13. - Liability: Studio is not responsible for unsupervised participants or lost/stolen items. - Cancellations: Make-up classes or credits may be offered in specific circumstances. - Privacy: Personal info used only for registration and communication. - Conduct: Respectful, harassment-free environment required at all times.
