Giordano Duberger Cañizarez was born  in Havana, Cuba. He began dancing at a young age and trained with various dance companies. In 2011, he founded HavanaDance in Yerevan, Armenia. A year later, he moved to Moscow, Russia, where he continued working as a dance teacher and participated in international dance festivals such as "Timbafest" and "Havana in Belgrade", as well as conducting workshops and masterclasses in Russia, Venezuela, Singapore, Spain, Germany, and Thailand.

 

He also participated in festivals like "Baila en Cuba" and "Colada". Currently, he resides in Vancouver, Canada, since late 2024, where he continues to share his passion for Cuban dance.
