As a Certified Group Fitness Instructor since 2008, Angi brings a wealth of experience to her classes. She has taught numerous types of fitness classes, such as Boot Camps, HIIT & cardio conditioning, and dance fitness, such as Zumba, Salsa Cardio, Cardio Reggaeton and Latin cardio for numerous gyms and studios throughout the lower mainland and now she's here at Dance Vancouver to make you sweat to high energy Latin rhythms.

In this highly energetic class , we explore TIMBA : a popular Cuban Music Genre based on Son, Salsa, Reggaeton, Rumba, Afro-Cuban folkloric dance and more!
Through isolations we gain strength, flexibility and articulate expression throughout the entire body, beginning with the core.
We warm with up isolated body movements and basic salsa footwork, and move on to explore more complex rhythmic variations, stylistic embellishments and related dance styles building towards completing the class with a dynamic and fun choreography.
