HIIT Fitness Description:

This Hight Intensity Interval Training workout begins with a series of mobility warm ups to encourage proper function of our joints in the work-out itself. Workouts tend to be challenging, but the atmosphere supportive and fun. Everyone is encouraged to participate at their own pace.


Recommended to bring a yoga mat, bottle of water and hand towel for HIIT Fitness.


Rumba Description:

Rumba is a great dance for Salsa dancers to learn. For one, it's fun. Two,  it gives greater insight into Cuban culture. Three, acquiring the cadence of Rumba is hugely beneficial to your Salsa dancing.


Please sanitize your hands and wear a mask upon entering and exiting the studio, and between classes if choosing to remain indoors.


Also please check-in at the front desk upon arrival.
