4 Thursdays, 6:30 - 7:30pm
Starts June 9, ends June 30.
Although a full body work out, extra focus is on strengthening and toning participants abs, glutes and legs.
A base of fitness and Dr. consult is recommended. Workouts are challenging. Participants are encouraged to participate at their own pace.
Required: Bring your own yoga mat, hand towel and water bottle.
-Please check-in at the front desk upon arrival to the studio.
-Please sign in and out using the "Studio Check In" sheet located at the front desk during every visit.
-First time students are required to sign a one time liability waiver before class.
