This is an absolute beginner class. Students will learn fundamental moves, isolations, and proper dance posture.

Bellydance is characterized by intricate hip work, fluid serpentine movements, torso isolations, and sharp accents. It is a low-impact whole-body exercise and a fun, uplifting, and empowering dance.
